Duwich Dynamo Ride
Trevor Bridge rode the Dunwich Dynamo with last Sat/Sun 19/20 July. It started from a park in Hackney at around 08.30 and ended 130 miles later in Dunwich on the Norfolk coast. It took him 11 hours on mountain bikes through the night and we never really got lost. Trev recommends it for someone who wants to do something different. Liz and Ali in Austria
Liz King and Ali Steed made the trip to Austria to assist in the Iron Man event. As difficult as the event is they tell me that this is more tiring than riding the event. I am prepared to take their words for it. Pictures of the event can be found from the gallery link.
